Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Most orders are fulfilled from overseas suppliers and are delivered within 5–10 business days after payment. Delivery times may vary based on carrier operations, customs processing, weekends, and holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (US) We ship to all 50 US states via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand this in the future.

Lost or Damaged Packages Phillys Treasure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at contact_us@phillystreasure.com with photos of the damage.
